Thank god Stephen A Smith isn’t on ESPN anymore….
Feb 17th
Just saw his name today and I am so grateful ESPN canned this penis last year. Dude was everywhere 24/7.
Stephen A Smiff (as he pronounced it) had a radio show, tv show (Quite Frankly) pretty sure he had a cooking show on midnight as well.
All he blabbered about was black vs white issues as if he was Martin Luther King. Dude was dumber then Al Sharpton and Gilbert Arenas combined.
A couple highlights from Stephen A Smith come to mind.
- He was discussing a missed Field Goal in the last second of a football game and said this quote which is an all time favorite of mine “That’s why you should kick the field goal on 3rd down because if he misses then you can kick again on 4th”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This gem has no explanation, ESPN should have locked him onto a basketball court and told him he can never leave.
- When the Giants fired Defensive Coordinator Tim Lewis in 2006, Stephen was blasting the Giants for firing him, what was the reason Smith was upset? you guessed because he was black he said he got the raw end. He took back those words a few days later but we saw what a clown Stephen A Smiff really was
- When Byron Scott was the coach of the Hornets a few years back and replaced all the assistant coaches with “brothas” , Smiff says he was proud of Scott for doing that. Nothing needs to be said about what would ahve happened if a white radio analyst had said the same thing about a white coach.
Probably the funniest vid ever!

When playing it safe makes no sense at all….

Phil Simms is usually as good as it gets when watching a football game. He has the years of NFL experience and he has the knowledge that only a quarterback can really acquire. There are probably no better analysts in the NFL right now, since Donut Man, John Madden retired.
But Sunday in the Chargers vs Jets game, Simms was dead wrong in his end of the game analysis of the playcalls. DEAD WRONG. As wrong as this woman……
Ok the situation was the Chargers were down 17-14 with about 2:30 seconds to go with one timeout. The Chargers had just scored a touchdown so they were kicking off. Simms suggested the Chargers best move was to kick it off normally so they could have good field possession. The problem with that is, the Jets needed ONE first down to win the game regardless of where they were on the field. By kicking onside, the Chargers had a shot at getting back the ball, plus even if they didn’t they still would get the ball back if they held the Jets to a 3 and out.
The onside was not a bad attempt, the Jets were fortunate for the bounce Kerry Rhodes got. What also bothers me is why aren’t the receiving team taught to bat the ball out of bounds the second the touch it? seems easier then trying to catching a wobbly ball.
Simms next error was saying how the 4th and a foot playcall was a tough decision. What? it’s the easiest decision ever, probably easier then Joe Torre calling on Mariano in the playoffs all those years. You play to win the game, damnit!
Say you kick the field goal there, you are leaving a minute for the Chargers to potentially WIN the game down six, if it goes in! If he misses they can easily tie the game even with the idiot kicker of theirs who looks like he was a fill in for Marvin the Martian…
Going for it was the only move to go there it was not even a question, you pick up the yard, bada bing game over.
Love Phil Simms, but sometimes even great experts are wrong….Just like Isiah Thomas forgot all about basketball the 5 years he happened to be in NY
Vincent Jackson handcuffed before Jets game for…..

Yeah you guessed it, playing MUSIC TO LOUD. Hours before his team lost to the Jets, Jackson was pulled over for playing music too loud?! Dude got handcuffed because he had expired tags and whatever but this is too funny.
After getting his ticket, Jackson reportedly kicked the ticket a few times, and the cop penalized him and gave him 15 more tickets.
Where was he driving though that you can get pulled over for playing music too loud? in a nursing home?
